Rhona Rubio

Rhona is a wife, mom of four, certified-coach, international artist, interior designer, entrepreneur,  and the co-founder of The Miami Design Studio.

With roots in art education + interior design Rhona wants to create space for creative conversations for change. With participatory and educational installations, her mixed-medium works of art takes on sculptural form. She strives to cultivate introspective dialogue connecting us all on a personal level to social issues of our time, and spark conversations for change. Rhona believes that when art becomes personal it not only tells who we are, but has the ability to shape who we are becoming.

She was named "Top 20 Interior Designers to Keep an Eye" by Entrepreneurs Herald, "Top 30 Interior Designers to Keep and Eye" by the NYC Journal, "50 under 50" by DisruptorsMagazine, and accepted into MARQUIS Who's Who in America Class of 2022.

Haven Weits

Haven Weits is the Integrator and President of EfficientAide, a nationwide virtual assistant placement company powered by EOS. A natural-born entrepreneur, Haven's leadership journey began with lemonade stands and babysitting flyers, and has grown into a career built on strategy, service, and scaling impact.


With a background in sociology and marketing, Haven graduated magna cum laude while balancing a full course load and 30+ hour work weeks—all before completing her degree in under three years. 


She brings deep experience in project management, nonprofit leadership, and operational excellence, having led teams of 450+ volunteers for events hosting over 4,000 attendees.


Haven is the host of the Haven! podcast—a bi-weekly space for curiosity and honest conversations around relationships and parenting. She lives in Los Angeles with her high school sweetheart, Aaron, and their two children, Eisley and Eko.
